Your tasks

• Sales and advice regarding the entire entire product portfolio
• Customer care and recovery
• Processing inquiries from potential customers by phone and email
• Organization and implementation of equipment workshops
• Participation in trade fairs and congresses
• Analysis of customer requirements and corresponding advice / product presentation in the company and on site at customers
• Maintenance of customer data in the CRM system
• Market Analysis
• Preparation and communication of meetings, events and trade fairs
• Support of the field service

Your qualification

• You have completed training / studies in the commercial area or comparable professional experience in the area of ​​service / support / sales
• You convince personally as an independent, reliable and communicative team player with a high customer and service orientation
• You work independently and on your own responsibility
• Resilience, teamwork, communication skills and flexibility
• Good knowledge of German and English
• You are polite and pay attention to a well-groomed appearance
• You have a class B driving license
