Order process

Welcome to our online store. In just a few steps, you can store in our store from the comfort of your own home:

Product selection

You can open our products by searching or selecting via the product categories. By clicking on the “Add to shopping cart” button, your items are placed in the shopping cart. This does not yet constitute an order. You merely collect your products here and can change this selection at any time.

Shopping cart

If you would like to view your shopping cart, click on the shopping cart in the top right-hand corner of the page. All selected items including prices will be listed.

You can change the respective order quantity by entering the desired quantity in the “Quantity” field. You can remove individual items from the shopping cart by clicking on the word “delete”.

If you would like to continue shopping, click on “Continue shopping” in the top right-hand corner of the shopping cart or select a product category at the top of the page.

Checkout

Click the “Checkout” button in the shopping cart to start the order process. When ordering as a guest, your data will only be saved for the current order.

Enter your address and contact details to which the invoice should be addressed. You have the option of having the order delivered to the billing address or to a different address.

Payment

The following payment options are available to you:

  • Paypal – After selecting this payment method you will be forwarded directly to Pay Pal.
  • Prepayment – After completing the order you will receive the invoice and our account details.

Confirm order

Please read our General Terms and Conditions carefully and confirm them by clicking on the corresponding menu item.

The following information is listed on the next page:

  • Ordered articles
  • Shipping costs
  • Method of payment
  • Customer data
  • Delivery address / invoice address

Please check that your order is correct. You have the option of changing your order by selecting the “Change” menu item. Click on the “Send order” button to send your order to us. You will immediately receive an order confirmation by e-mail. This e-mail merely serves to confirm receipt of your order and does not constitute acceptance of your offer to conclude a purchase contract. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending you an order confirmation by e-mail.

Change requests / Cancellation / Errors
