The innoSTIM-TE is a digital TENS/EMS combination device for electrical stimulation, which also has additional massage programs. Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS) is used to treat chronic pain, while electrical muscle simulation (EMS) can be used to build up muscles after immobilization, for example. The massage programs send out electrical signals that are felt as a pleasant tapping or tingling sensation.
