As part of a two-week campaign, HELLER MEDIZINTECHNIK GmbH & Co. KG donated a total of 20 percent of the sales proceeds to Ukraine, thus making an important social contribution. At the end of the campaign, 10,000 euros were raised.

“For us at HELLER MEDIZINTECHNIK GmbH & Co. KG, this is a matter close to our hearts,” emphasizes Joachim Heller, Managing Director and expert in electromedicine, and continues: “We want to support the people in Ukraine and provide targeted and rapid assistance.”

In the period from March 29 to April 12, 2022, 20 percent of the sales proceeds from the HELLER MEDIZINTECHNIK GmbH & Co. KG online store were collected for this purpose and donated to the #wirfürdieukraine campaign. This was launched by the University Hospital Giessen and Marburg (UKGM).

The measures are intended to contribute to the medical care of patients in Ukraine. These include medical equipment and medical supplies.

Currently, medicines, equipment and materials that are so urgently needed are being brought to the Ukraine. For this purpose, the support is going to a specially set up donation account of Johanniter-Unfall-Hilfe e. V. HELLER MEDIZINTECHNIK GmbH & Co. KG would like to use the proceeds from the donation campaign to further fill this donation account.

“We are pleased to support the good cause with the proceeds from the sale of our product range of coronavirus protective equipment and electrical muscle stimulation devices and would also like to draw attention to the great campaign of the University Hospital Giessen and Marburg together with Johanniter-Unfall-Hilfe e. V.,” says Heller, who was appointed to the Senate of Economy Europe and the Senate of Economy Germany in 2020.
