Product manager for medical devices (m/f/d)

To support the office and field staff as well as to expand our product range and sales activities, we are looking for the next possible date for a produkt manager for medical devices (m/f/d)

HELLER MEDIZINTECHNIK GmbH & Co. KG has been active in medical technology for over 25 years and has many years of experience in the design of solutions in the field of electrical nerve and muscle stimulation. The company, headquartered in Germany, is one of the market and technology leaders for innovative foot lift systems.

Your tasks

• Evaluation, testing and optimization of product development processes and sales strategies
• Conceptual design and creation of product training and specialist lectures for our target groups
• Continuous improvement of all applied processes, work instructions and quality management systems
• Support with auditing according to EC guidelines and EN-ISO13485: 2016
• Continuous further training of medical device consultants according to § 31 MPG assessment and preparation of technical documentation according to EC directive 93/42 / EEC for medical devices and implementation of the requirements of the Medical Device Regulation (MDR)
• Examination and evaluation of scientific studies
• Creation of product information, instructions for use and maintenance of product files
• Processing of complaints according to the legal requirements of the Medical Devices Act §§29, 31 and the requirements of the ISO-certified quality management
• Advice and device briefings
• Participation in trade fairs and events

Your qualifications

• Successfully completed (technical) university degree or equivalent qualification or training in the scientific-technical or medical-technical area, e.g. Medical technology, medicine, physics, chemistry, biology or pharmacy
• Safe handling of QM, office and CRM systems
• Enthusiasm and pronounced enjoyment of technical products as well as a sound technical understanding
• Experience in the sale of consulting-intensive, complex technical solutions in healthcare
• Correct spoken and written German and business fluent English skills
• High willingness to travel (customer visits to Germany / neighboring countries and stays of several weeks abroad)
• You have a class B driving license
• You are characterized by high resilience, initiative, teamwork, communication skills and flexibility
• You have a high sense of responsibility
